LEARNING LETTERS AND THE ALPHABET

Children are taught in preschool what they look like and how they can be written, but when it comes to school they are also taught how to sound them and the alphabetical order in turn.

There are 33 capital and small letters in the Latvian language alphabet:

Aa, Āā, Bb, Cc, Čč, Dd, Ee, Ēē, Ff, Gg, Ģg, Hh, Ii, Īī, Jj, Kk, Ķķ, Ll, Ļļ, Mm, Nn, Ņņ, Oo, Pp, Rr, Ss, Šš, Tt, Uu, Ūū, Vv, Zz, Žž.

Wooden alphabets are designed for faster learning of letters, textile sense and tactile learning. The letters can be used to make a child's name, a motivational slogan, holiday greetings or a word of inspiration. Letters can be placed on paper and circled. Letters can be colored as desired, consonants and vowels can also be colored in different colors, just like the Montessori teaching method. Will develop logical thinking, brain function and fine motor skills.

Our product range includes different alphabets. Go to the e-store and check them out.
